Who You Are
You are a hands-on project leader with a passion for delivering complex, high-value infrastructure projects through strong pre-construction planning and execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments that require cross-functional coordination, attention to detail, and disciplined execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end coordination of pre-construction activities across cost, schedule, design, and technical workstreams
- Serve as the central point of integration across PMO, procurement, finance, safety, security, operations, and construction teams
- Manage project controls and execution workflows, including POs, invoice review/approval, budget tracking, and reporting
- Lead project meetings, drive action tracking, and ensure accountability across all stakeholders
- Develop RFPs/RFQs, manage bid processes, perform bid leveling, and support vendor selection (A/E firms, GCs, Cx agents, and key vendors)
- Lead OFCI equipment planning and buyout in partnership with procurement and legal, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and delivery strategy
- Oversee and manage third-party consultants (cost estimating, benchmarking, scheduling), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all deliverables
- Drive cost benchmarking, estimating, and value engineering efforts to ensure projects meet budget targets. Leverage data and benchmarking to improve cost and schedule predictability across projects
- Support development of integrated project schedules, including phasing, sequencing, and critical path alignment
- Ensure projects are fully coordinated and ready for transition into construction, with scope completeness and minimal downstream risk
- Drive standardization of pre-construction processes, tools, and deliverables, enabling consistency across projects
- Capture lessons learned and support development of scalable delivery models for future campuses
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-construction, construction management, or design coordination for large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical projects (data center, industrial, or utility scale)
- Strong understanding of pre-construction processes, including estimating, scheduling, procurement, and design coordination
- Experience managing third-party consultants (design, cost estimating / benchmarking, scheduling) and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Working knowledge of MEP, civil, and structural systems, with the ability to support technical discussions and decision-making
- Experience with modular electrical infrastructure (e-house / IPA) design and integration preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as ACC, Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project and Bluebeam
