Member of Compliance, Analytics
Job Description
With the evolving landscape of digital threats and an increasing volume of sophisticated attacks by malicious actors, we have a security policy mandating all new hires complete an in-person onboarding process - no exceptions. Security is our foundation and we prioritize physical identity verification and secure IT setup. While our security and IT logistics require physical presence to protect our infrastructure from sophisticated global threats, this move is equally about our Village culture. We believe that a laptop can be shipped, but our culture cannot.
We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious individual to join our Compliance team. In this vital role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of compliance programs across all Anchorage Digital legal entities. Working closely with various compliance functions, particularly Financial Crimes Compliance, you will drive efficiency and effectiveness across the program by transforming raw data into actionable insights, spearheading process improvements, and leveraging technology to enhance our overall compliance posture.
This role is ideal for a proactive, hungry technologist who thrives on solving complex problems within a dynamic regulatory landscape. Here, you will gain deep exposure to diverse compliance domains and apply your data expertise to strengthen Anchorage Digital’s global compliance function through analytics, automation, and the strategic use of AI tools.
To excel in our fast-paced environment, you must be well-organized, highly analytical, and adept at navigating rapid change and uncertainty. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative problem-solver who can effectively manage competing priorities in a fluid setting, this role is designed for you.
