About the Role

BPay is looking for a motivated intern to support our day-to-day operational and compliance workflows. You'll work closely with the BPay Ops team on research initiatives, report preparation, and process documentation, contributing directly to how we run and improve our payments business.

This is a hands-on role with exposure to fintech operations, cross-functional stakeholder communication, and compliance processes in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor payment product features relevant to BPay

Assist in preparing internal reports, dashboards, and data summaries for weekly reviews and stakeholder updates

Support documentation of operational processes, SOPs, and compliance checklists

Help track and follow up on open action items, task updates, and process improvement tickets

Coordinate minor cross-team requests and fill in operational process updates as directed

Assist with data gathering and formatting for compliance and ops audits

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Legal, Business, Economics, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and basic data tools (Excel/Google Sheets)

Good written communication in English

Proactive attitude and ability to manage small tasks independently
